I'm passionate about science, environmental and foreign policy,  my research explores how private industry standards interact with government regulations—especially in the context of sustainability and governance.

In 2022, I transitioned to public service and currently work as a Science Policy Advisor with the Canada Centre for Mapping and Earth Observation at Natural Resources Canada. Alongside my policy work, I teach as a Part-Time Faculty at Concordia University.

In Winter 2025, I’m teaching:
• ENVS 601: Introduction to Environmental Assessment
• POLI 363: Issues in Canadian Public Policy

Recognized for my dedication to teaching, I’ve been nominated for excellence awards at both Concordia University and the University of Oregon. Over the years, I’ve taught a wide range of university courses, including:
